Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients

2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound ground beef
1 egg
1¼ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon ground allspice
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¾ cup plain bread crumbs
Sauce
2 tablespoons unsalted butter3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1½ cups beef broth
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions
1. heat up the kitchen appliance to 375°F.
