Kinako Dango
Ingredients
1 cup dango powder1/2 cup + 1 tbsp cold water
1/2 cup kinako
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to boil.
- in an exceedingly bowl add dango powder and water. combine well till well combined.
- Grab a bit dough and form into a ball (bite size). Lay it on a plate and repeat till all the dough has been used.
- put aside a bowl of cold water.
- Add dango balls to boiling water and boil till they rise to the highest. Drain and augment cold water. Leave for three minutes till they calm down and drain.
- In another bowl, add kinako, sugar and salt and blend well.
- place a 1/2 the kinako mixture in an exceedingly serving bowl, add dango balls and high with leftover kinako. Serve.
