Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup whole milk, slightly warmed
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- heat kitchen appliance to 425°F/220°C with rack within the center of the kitchen appliance.
- To an outsized bowl with a spout. Add the flour, salt, eggs and milk. Whisk well to mix.
- Add a teaspoon edible fat to every of the cups of a quick bread tin. raise the recent kitchen appliance and heat till the oil is smoking, concerning ten minutes.
- Slide the shelf of the kitchen appliance with the quick bread receptacle out and punctiliously pour batter into every cup, concerning 1/3 full. come back back to the kitchen appliance and bake for 15-20 minutes till puffed and golden. don't OPEN THE DOOR BEFORE DONE OR they're going to DEFLATE.
