Low Carb Nachos
Ingredients:
4 bell peppers (any color)
1lb ground beef
2 cups salsa
1 tbsp chili powder
2 cups shredded cheese
Instructions:
1. heat up kitchen appliance to 350
2. Slice bell peppers and place on a baking sheet
3. Brown boeuf, add flavorer
4. combine boeuf, salsa, and one cup of cheese
5. Spoon mixture onto bell pepper slices, high with remaining cheese
6. Bake for 20-30 minutes
7. Serve directly with condiment, sour cream, guacamole, or alternative favorite tortilla chip toppings!
