CRESCENT SAUSAGE BITES RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot sausage (pork or turkey)
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • Dash salt & ground black pepper

Directions

  • during a saute pan, brown sausage; drain. Add a touch of salt and pepper. mix in cheese till the cheese is liquified.
  • Unroll one package of crescent rolls and place on a baking sheet. together with your fingers, gently press the seams along to seal them. unfold the sausage mixture equally over the croissant dough, departure a couple of 1/2-inch border on the sides.
  • Unroll the remaining package of crescent rolls and place on prime of the sausage mixture. Press the sides along to seal. Gently press the seams along.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for regarding twenty minutes, or till croissant dough is golden brown.
  • withdraw little squares and serve. (A pizza pie cutter makes very fast and simple work of the cutting.)
