Norwegian Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  • Add eggs, water, and vanilla to liquidizer. Blend. Add remaining ingredients, mixing once every addition till swish.
  • Butter a saute pan or griddle with some butter. Heat pan to medium; then pour concerning 1/4 cup batter onto griddle. Cook for a few minute, then flip it and cook concerning another minute.
  • Stack the pancakes and keep heat till serving.
