Norwegian Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
Directions:
- Add eggs, water, and vanilla to liquidizer. Blend. Add remaining ingredients, mixing once every addition till swish.
- Butter a saute pan or griddle with some butter. Heat pan to medium; then pour concerning 1/4 cup batter onto griddle. Cook for a few minute, then flip it and cook concerning another minute.
- Stack the pancakes and keep heat till serving.
