Mashed Rutabaga - Norway

Ingredients 

  • 1 large rutabaga
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 14 cup milk or 14 cup meat stock
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  • Peel and cut one rutabaga into little items. Boil till tender in gently salt-cured water.
  • Drain and mash adding butter, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup milk or meat stock whereas the rutabagas ar still hot.
  • alter the instruction in step with the dimensions or amount of rutabaga used. Some rutabagas ar quite large!
