Keto Cheddar Crackers
Ingredients
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 ounce cream cheese
- 8 ounces shredded extra sharp cheddar
- 3 ounces shredded parmesan and more for sprinkling
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- heat kitchen appliance to 400F and line 2 giant baking sheets with parchment paper
- in an exceedingly microwave proof bowl, add the cheese, cheese and warmth till molten however not bubbly, regarding two minutes, then gently stir
- To the cheese mixture add the cheddar cheese, parmesan, egg, almond flour, salt, and leaven
- combine together with your hand till a cohesive dough forms
- Roll the dough thinly between 2 sheets of parchment paper. Cut the dough into squares (about Associate in Nursing inch)
- Place squares on lined baking sheet and shred cheese over them (optional)
- Place in over and bake approx 7-8 minutes of till golden brown. Repeat with remaining dough
- Cool round the bend on cooling rack. Store at area worker in open instrumentation
