Keto Cheddar Crackers

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ounce cream cheese
  • 8 ounces shredded extra sharp cheddar
  • 3 ounces shredded parmesan and more for sprinkling
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • heat kitchen appliance to 400F and line 2 giant baking sheets with parchment paper
  • in an exceedingly microwave proof bowl, add the cheese, cheese and warmth till molten however not bubbly, regarding two minutes, then gently stir
  • To the cheese mixture add the cheddar cheese, parmesan, egg, almond flour, salt, and leaven
  • combine together with your hand till a cohesive dough forms
  • Roll the dough thinly between 2 sheets of parchment paper. Cut the dough into squares (about Associate in Nursing inch)
  • Place squares on lined baking sheet and shred cheese over them (optional)
  • Place in over and bake approx 7-8 minutes of till golden brown. Repeat with remaining dough
  • Cool round the bend on cooling rack. Store at area worker in open instrumentation
