Ingredients

  • 10 potatoes (large)
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 turnip
  • 1 rutabaga
  • 1 parsnip
  • 1 piece celery
  • oil
  • fenugreek seeds
  • ground black pepper (Freshly)
  • salt
  • bay leaf 

Directions

  • select an outsized pot , placed on the stove burning up.
  • boost cooking pan oil, fenugreek seeds and herb.
  • Toast the seeds of brown color.
  • Pour the vegetables to a heat spice oil and stir.
  • predicament is superimposed to the boiler , see the vegetables obscured.
  • Boil the soup with the lid closed on low heat for 35min.
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to the finished soup.
  • Serve hot.
  • you'll add Persil grass style.
