- 4 ounce fresh or dry ramen noodles ((or egg noodles))
- 4 scallions (cut into thirds and thinly sliced lengthwise)
- 1 large tomato (chopped into 8 slices)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium pan over medium high heat, upload vegetable oil, ground pork, gochujang, sugar, soy and sake.
- cook for 5 minutes or until beef is cooked via.
- preserve stirring and breaking the red meat into small portions. flip the heat off, upload sesame oil, stir and set apart.
- Boil ramen noodles in line with package commands and drain. Divide noodles among bowls.
- top with ground red meat, scallions and tomatoes. Serve right away.
