Ingredients
- 4cupschicken stock
- 3green onionsfinely sliced into rounds
- 1tablespoonOyster Sauce
- 1tablespoonlow sodium light Soy Sauce
- 1tablespoonlow sodium dark Soy Sauce
- 4ozDried Chinese noodles of your choice
- 4leavesBok Choy/pak choisliced
Instructions
In a massive pan, heat the chicken broth and convey to a boil.
Add the inexperienced onions, Bok Choy or Chinese greens, soy sauces, oyster sauce & the noodles.
scale back the warmth and cook in keeping with noodle package directions (just till tender). Serve hot
