Simple Hummus Without Tahini
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
- 2 to 4 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 3/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
- Add the garbanzo beans, two tablespoons of water, the vegetable oil, juice, garlic, cumin, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to a kitchen appliance. method till sleek and creamy. If needed, add extra water to skinny out the paste and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to your style preference.
- Store coated within the white goods.
